JOB SUMMARY

• Provide data analysis for credit card business
• Perform data mining and analysis to identify new business opportunities, facilitate pricing and optimize the profitability of the business
• Design, prepare and review reports on business performance analysis
• Provide MIS support on promotional/marketing activities and portfolio management
• Work closely with various business units on the needs of data analysis to ensure progression to the assigned business targets

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Team Head to manage the team to provide data analysis at company level
• Perform data mining and analysis to identify new business opportunities, facilitate pricing and optimize the profitability of the business
• Design, prepare and review reports on business performance analysis
• Provide MIS support on promotional/marketing activities and portfolio management
• Manage , maintain and modify the corporate data warehouse to ensure its accuracy and effectiveness
• Work closely with various business units on the needs of data analysis to ensure progression to the assigned business targets
• Manage business operations, including but not limited to process rebate fulfillment, define marketing plan with business partners, and resolves customer complaints
• Perform ad hoc analysis on large/diverse datasets by using various tools and techniques

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably major in Business Administration, Statistics, Information System or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in SQL, SAS Programming or other related database programming
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• SQL, SAS Programming or other related database programming
• Knowledge in banking products preferred
• Strong data mining, database management and programming
