Job Responsibilities:

• Handling full set of bank account opening forms including but not limited to filling up of forms and compiling of documents requested for onboarding purpose.
• Handling the bank account opening with virtual bank including but not limited to online application, communicating with counterparties, understand the whole process of onboarding and providing of documents requested for onboarding purpose.
• Responsible for daily payments, including initiating and approving transactions in compliance with company’s accounting policies.
• Assist to monitor and control over bank and cash position.
• Liaise with bankers and payment service providers for remittance and KYC issues.
• Work closely with other departments to provide remittance support.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Candidate with banking experience is highly preferred
• Proficient in reading and writing Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
