Our client "The Hong Kong Jockey Club" is seeking a Waiter / Waitress to join their team in Hong Kong!

The Department

Their Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. They provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses.  In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organisations for a variety of functions.

What you’ll be doing?

• Deliver excellent food and beverage services to our Members and their guests in the racecourse restaurant (Happy Valley and Shatin)
• Assist captain to ensure a smooth and efficient service in the assigned section of the restaurant floor
• Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfactions
• Maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant
• 於馬場餐廳(跑馬地及沙田)為會員及其客人提供優質的餐飲服務
• 協助領班確保餐廳的運作順暢及提供有效率的服務
• 保持高質量的服務標準從而實現高水平的顧客滿意度
• 維持餐廳內高水平衛生和質量標準

Who are they looking for?

• 1 -3 year's related fine-dining restaurant experience is required and preferably working in hotels & clubs
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Working location in The Hilltop in the Valley (Happy Valley)
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Waiter / Waitress
• 一年或以上於酒店/會所/高級餐廳餐飲服務經驗
• 良好粵語及英語溝通技巧
• 工作地點 –馬場 (跑馬地及沙田)
