 Senior Interior Designer /  Interior Designer ( Residential )

Responsibilities

• Handle a full set of drawings including space planning, conceptual design with selection of materials.
• Liaise and coordinate with Project Team, clients and contractors from design stage to job completion.
• Generate conceptual ideas and mood boards to guide the narrative of the project.
• Compile detailed specifications for finishes materials.
• Site supervision to ensure project quality and progress.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years or more in draftsman field experience, interior design or fitting out work.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience preferably in residential projects.
• Diploma holder or above in interior design, architecture or related disciplines.
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, good design sense and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3D Max , MS office, Illustrator, and PowerPoint. 
• Strong experience in space planning/conceptual design /sketching/technical coordination and drawing production.
• On site experience is preferred.
