Our client “⁠Jebsen Motors Limited” is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their company!

What you’ll be doing? 

• Ensure all customer touchpoints fulfill internal customer service standards
• Provide administrative support to Sales team to facilitate a smooth operation and comply with audit requirements 
• Maintain a clean and amicable environment of the reception
• Support Showroom events and Car shows to be organized smoothly
• Perform Cashier role to verify the payment amount, and collect the payment accurately and faultlessly
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Who are they looking for?

• Higher diploma or any related disciplines
• 2 years’ client facing experience in Hospitality / Tourism/ Customer Service field 
• Well-organised, able to work under minimum supervision, and Self-motivated
• Presentable, customer oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
