• F.5 / HKDSEE or certificate in related disciplines
• 1-2 years' working experience, preferably in property management industry
• Hard-working with pleasant personality and being a good team-player
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
