Applicants are invited for the following post for the Expansion of Youth Hostel Development at 9 Arran Street, Mong Kok, Hong Kong Association of Youth Development. The RCOW would also be appointed as Technically Competent Person (TCP) to supervise works under Authorized Person and/or registered Structural Engineer stream as necessary. The minimum qualifications required for the following posts shall be as follows

  Resident Clerk-of-Works

駐地盤工程監督

- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic/ Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute/ Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or 
- Higher Certificate or higher diploma in Civil/ Structural/ Geotechnical Engineering and 5 Years relevant Experience; or 

- Degree in Civil/Structural / Geotechnical engineering and 2 years relevant experence

- Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese 4, Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)/Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
- Passed the final Part 1 Examination of the Institute of Clerk of Works of Great Britain, or Associate Examinations of Chartered Institute of Building.
