Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities with potential corporate accounts on motor after sales service, and achieve sales target.
• Responsible for full range of sales activities including meeting clients, quotation and order follow up. 
• Providing quality customer service on motor after sales services, including cost quotation and professional advice to customers regarding vehicle service, repair and maintenance
• Liaise with customer and provide sales promotion and progress update to build up good customer relationship
• Work closely with workshop technical team and service team to ensure smooth operation of service centre
• Follow up repair progress and prepare related report/summary

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2-3 years relevant experience of sales , customer services, automotive industry is preferred
• Self-motivated, aggressive, passionate, customer-oriented and excellent in communication skills
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Possessing valid driving license class 1, 2 is preferred
• Knowledge on MS Office including Word, Excel , Power Point and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Service Adviser / Senior Sales Executive
• Work location: Kowloon Bay
