Job description
- Strategic planning, production and implementation of digital marketing management through multi-platforms and campaigns with direct contribution to high sales growth, mainly but not solely focus on Social media only such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc.
- Managing a high volume of daily social media posts, and daily maintenance of the platforms, including content design and copywriting, but also page patrolling, content development based on global marketing audit guidance.
- Manage the brand message in agreement and effectively communicate for all local market social media platforms to maximize the social engagement and increase the number of followers.
- Proficiency with IG reels shooting, others like video and photo editing tools with different digital media formats is required.
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights etc to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance, and give solutions and activations to drive improvement.
- Work closely with Internal Team, Social Agency and Media Agency to synergize with performance media/ target investment, or owned media to evaluate the performance of initiatives, analyze business trends and consumer insights, to contribute social followers and engagement growth and business transaction to official EC/APP.
- Work closely with internal cross function teams and by project stakeholders including MD/EC/PR/PM/IT, for main platforms’ functional updates and new opportunities growth.
Job Requirement
- University Degree holder in e-Commerce, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
- Familiarize with Facebook and Instagram content marketing with strong KOLs networking is preferred
- 3-5 years solid experience in search marketing, website project or digital media planning, creative writing in advertising agencies and / or FMCG
- Demonstrate forward thinking and openness to new ideas in charting future course of the brand
- Experience in online video production and advanced skills with design tools (e.g. Photoshop) is preferred
- Strong analytical mindset and strategic conceptual skill with acute marketing sense and high attention to detail
- Good command in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) & English
- Knowledge in 2 Analytics, HTML, SEO is an advantage
