Job Description

Job Responsibilities 崗位職責:

  1. Assist in various HR related tasks, including but not limited to recruitment, on & off boarding, compensation and benefits, annual tax returns, human resources system maintenance, file management and various HR reports preparation, etc. 
    協助處理各項人力工作,包括但不限于招聘、員工入職及離職工作、薪酬福利、年度報稅、人力系統維護、檔案管理及制定各項人力報表等
  2. Support other HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned 
    處理上司委派的其他工作


Job Requirements 任職資格:

  1. A bachelor’s degree holder or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field 
    具備大學學士學位或以上,主修人力資源管理、工商管理等領域優先
  2. At least 3 years of HR relevant work experience in Financial Institution or Banking industry, be familiar with HR workflows, well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations 具備3年或以上從事人力資源工作經驗,熟悉人力資源管理工作流程、本港僱傭條例及其他相關法規, 曾在金融機構/銀行工作者優先
  3. A team player with strong organizational skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
    具備良好的團隊協作精神、組織能力及溝通能力
  4. Self-motivated, independent and be able to conduct multitasking with minimum guidance
    能獨立處理多項工作
  5. Proficiency in both written and spoken skills in Chinese and English
    具備良好的中英語讀寫能力
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Chinese input methods
    精通Microsoft Excel、PowerPoint、Word及中文輸入法
  7. Candidate who is immediately available or with short notice period is highly preferred
    可即時上班者優先
