Job Duties: 

• Develop creative ideas and concepts with marketing team members
• Planning and creating content of video projects, like post-treatment experience of patients and KOLs, introduction of clinical service, etc.
• Produce diversified video content for multiple platforms including but not limited to social, print, corporate, and creative campaigns
• Publishing in various channels including social media, website and internal training
• Responsible for all aspects of video production including pre-production, shooting, editing, subtitling and post-production
• Record, mix and post produce audio recordings
• Set and adjust the lighting during shooting
• Insert subtitles and aftereffects to the videos
• Shoot and perform post-production of high quality, compelling content
• Ensure videos are well-edited, color / sound graded and produced according to brand guidelines
• Amend, revise or redevelop adverts or campaign videos in response to feedback from the marketing team and management 
• Responsible for cross border video shooting
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

 Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree holder in Film/ Creative Media/ Multimedia Design/ Motion Graphics/ Animation or related field
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in video shooting, editing and production
• Willingness to travel to China when required
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Candidates with more experience and certifications will be considered for the role of Senior Videographer.
