Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing administrative and customer service duties, including: 

• Issuance and delivery of contracts and invoices
• Handling of incoming and outgoing email and phone enquiries from Hong Kong, China and overseas
• Coordinate and supervise other admin. staffs of our branch offices in China
• Souvenirs and on-site materials sourcing and production
• Vendor management: exhibitor badge application and on-site personnel
• To perform other related duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of working experience
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing. Knowledge of Lotus Notes and CorelDraw is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluent spoken Putonghua is required
• Pleasant, mature personality and enjoy working in a fast paced environment 
• Attention to the details, a good team player and can work under pressure
• Occasional business trips to China are required
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Project Executive
