Job Overview:
We are seeking a experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, exceptional graphic design skills, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage design projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visual assets.
2. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to develop creative solutions that meet business needs.
3. Create and refine designs for various media, including print, digital, social media, and advertising.
4. Liaise with factories and vendors to ensure proper execution of design specifications and quality standards.
5. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
6. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
8. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
9. Conduct research and gather insights to inform design strategies and decisions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in web design, motion graphics, or UI/UX design is a plus.
