Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Admin and Project Team
  • Manage office supplies and equipment purchases
  • Support and monitor daily operation in Warehouse
  • Monitor inventory levels and arrange stock replenishment
  • Assist in sourcing materials for F&B operations
  • Other job duties as per assigned
  • Outdoor work or heavy lifting may occasionally required

Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above
  • 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience in Warehouse and Admin, preferably in F&B industry
  • Well-organized with good problem-solving skills
  • Proactive; Detail-oriented; Multi-tasking and capable to manage tight schedule
  • Well-knowledge in Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing
  • Candidate with warehouse and clerical experience will be an advantage 
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Warehouse & Admin Officer
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
