About the Job:

The job incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that all promotional initiatives align with our strategic goals to drive Hong Kong & Macau’s retail performance. The role focuses on the planning, execution, and evaluation of events designed to drive customer traffic and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and execute comprehensive plans for sales promotions and events in alignment with the overall sales strategy and objectives in Hong Kong & Macau
• Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including vendor management, and on-site execution, ensuring smooth and successful events
• Liaise with store teams to identify and resolve any issues or hurdles that may arise, ensuring a smooth execution of district events and promotions
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with landlords and stakeholders in the ecosystem to facilitate effective cooperation on events and joint promotions
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including Branding, Product Planning and Group to create cohesive promotional strategies that resonate with our target audience
• Manage budgets for events and promotions, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and within financial constraints
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovative promotions
• Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
• Candidate with more experience will be regarded as Senior Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Possess at lease 5 years’ experience in sales promotions, event management, or a similar role
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for promotions and events
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint
