Responsibilities

• Responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of product, sales skills and regulatory training for bancassurance
• Review and evaluate learning methodologies and effectiveness of training programs to cope with emerging training needs of the banks
• Manage training and development projects to facilitate change initiatives to improve business performance

Requirements

• University graduate in business, finance or related discipline(s)
• At least 5 years relevant experience in training and development, preferably gained from established financial institutes, insurance companies or bancassurance
• Sales experience in insurance or financial planning a definite advantage
• Familiar with bancassurance and good knowledge of insurance industry and financial planning profession
• Passes in IIQE Paper I, III and IV, holder of FLMI and CFP qualification
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work independently, responsible, confident, detail-minded and with good analytical skills
• Possess good computer knowledge and competent in the use of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

 
Fringe benefits: double pay, medical benefits, annual leave, and mandatory provident fund.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
