Responsibilities:

• Assist in driving digital projects

• Assist in monitoring and executing Life Operations projects including new products/ initiatives and system enhancement

• Collect and analyze business requirements and prepare user requirements specification (URS)

• Develop test plan and participate/ assist end users in user acceptance testing (UAT) as and when required

• Liaise between Life Operations and IT teams

• Assist in project planning, resources allocation and progress monitoring

• Prepare regular reports

• Support on any ad hoc projects provided by management

Requirements:

• University degree in business, finance, information technology, computer science or other related disciplines

• Experience in working on or developing mobile/ electronic application, electronic claim and/or other operations projects is highly preferred

• Experience in gathering business requirements, developing test scenarios and performing user acceptance testing

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Minimum of 2 year related experience in insurance and/ or banking and finance sectors

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant Project Manager
