Major Duties:

• To update and monitor records of various systems, e.g. water storage system, slope information system, wetland sewage conveyance system, power consumption and failure alarm system, water sterilization system, etc.;
• To assist and report in the periodic inspection and testing of the building service installations and equipment;
• To update building maintenance and/ or alteration records of all building, geotechnical, electrical and mechanical work/ installations;
• To perform periodic stock-taking and prepare materials consumption reports;
• To assist in water sampling and supervision of the contractor’s work;
• To assist in repair and maintenance of building services installations and assist in obtaining quotations from suppliers and the drafting of quotation/ tender documents;
• To prepare simple drawings;
• To assist in supervision of a small team of technician.

Requirements:

• Commitment to the mission, vision and values of KFBGC;
• Form 5 graduates and holders of certificate in building/ engineering preferred;
• At least one year post-graduate experience at supervisory level in the building or related engineering field;
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese;
• Possess hands-on PC skills;
• Holder of classes 1 & 2 vehicle driving license preferable ;
• Willing and fit for outdoor activities;
• Mature, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure;
• Open minded and recognizes the validity of all spiritual paths.
