Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations and maintain proper accounting records
• Voucher input, invoice checking, payment and filing
• Manger courier, letters, cheque bank in and document delivery if needed
• Assist superior in daily work and in ad hoc assignments
• Provide office administration support.
• Perform general reception duties

Requirements:

• F.5 with LCC qualification or above
• 1-2 years accounting experience
• Solid experience in using MYOB and proficient in MS office, especially Excel
• Tactful, with good common sense, independent, mature, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded and positive thinking
• Immediate available is preferred
