Job Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and execute outreach events & ensure their smooth operation.

- Attend outreach events and host event proceedings

- Respond to Stakeholder's enquiries via email or WhatsApp

- Follow up & ensure appropriate services & support given to stakeholders

- Provide administrative and clerical support, i.e. data entry, copying, scanning, filing, fax and etc

- Ability to multi-task and handle various requests, deadlines, and priorities

- Assist in handling ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements

- HKCEE/ DSE or above

- 1-2 years working experience in customer service is preferred

- Fresh Graduates or candidate with no experience will also be considered

- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, communicate level of English and Mandarin

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)

- Strong organizational and communication skills

Salary: $16,000-$19,000

Location: Lai Chi Kok
