Job Description:

• Assist in drafting, translating and verifying legal documents
• Perform legal research and due diligence
• Provide paralegal support in the areas of Hong Kong initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and listing advisory matters
• Carry out other ad-hoc assignments and support company initiatives as required

Job Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor in commonwealth jurisdictions or law degree holder from a recognised university
• One to two years’ experience in corporate finance or compliance in listed companies, or relevant experience demonstrating sound knowledge of listing rules in Hong Kong
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin
• Self-driven and independent with minimal supervision, good people skills, willing to learn, able to multitask and deliver under tight timelines
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Intern
