• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, business partners and stakeholders
• Lead negotiations with clients and vendors, and close deals to drive revenue and business expansion
• Develop and implement brand strategies to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touch points
• Coordinate high-quality corporate and social events to foster a thriving business community
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external use
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market activities to identify growth opportunities for the firm
• Track and report on business development activities
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• ⁠Travel for business purposes is mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, PR or a related field
• 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, PR, or a related field is highly advantageous
• Experience in driving growth and achieving revenue targets
• Experience in developing and implementing growth marketing strategies and initiatives
• Good understanding of digital marketing, analytics and market research
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English
• Experience in legal or professional services is advantageous but not essential
