Job Responsibilities:

• Research and assist in preparing high quality funding applications and post-funding reports to institutional funders and corporate sponsors;
• To implement the fundraising policy, strategies, activities and events;
• Manage bookings for facility tours, coordinate with the team of voluntary tour guides, lead and maintain updated records;
• Take lead in the distribution of materials to stakeholders and maintain an updated list and inventory of collaterals of SPHC/JCHH;
• Monitor discussions in the community about hospice and palliative care;
• Provide administrative support to the team as requested;
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Event, Marketing or other related discipline
• At least 1-year relevant experience, preferably in event, advertising and fundraising
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing and powerpoint
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, hardworking and detailed-minded
• Able to meet tight schedule and work under pressure; strong work ethic and commitment to the success of the team
