The incumbent will be supervising a team of staff to handle full spectrum of human resources functions and ad hoc projects as assigned.

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of all-round human resources experience in sizable companies, with at least 3 years in supervisory / managerial capacity
• Solid experience in compensation & benefits and payroll administration highly preferred
• Experience in retail industry is an advantage
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, attentive to details and well-organized
• Able to work independently and flexibly under high pressure to meet tight deadlines, enjoy and participate in teamwork
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Department Manager
