Job Duties:

• Leading the operation team to do data quality management
• Perform Quality Assurance in Operation department (Underwriting, Claims, Policy admin)
• Assist in different operation transformation including process streamlining, automation, offshoring

Requirement:

• Degree Holder is mandatory
• Minimum 10 years' experience in operation/operation transformation project experience in life insurance operation department
• Serve a strong change advocate for improvement and service excellence
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
