Company Information:

A leading and a reputable financial service client is now actively looking for a high calibre Assistant Human Resources & Administration Manager to support the HR function.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively assist in end-to-end recruitment service including sourcing candidates, screening CVs and conducting interviews 

• Responsible for HR functions but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development and employee relations

• Work with Business Partners and hiring managers to develop, cultivate and maintain internal and external relationships that support a diverse talent pipeline

• Review and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with operation needs and in compliance with labor regulations, and make suggestions for further improvement

• Coordinate office leasing, property management, and office renovation

• Work closely with local vendors / supplier relationships and control administrative expenses

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in financial service industry

• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Chinese Word Processing

• Proactive, independent, hardworking and attention to details
