Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll are performed accurately and on timely manner
• Handle various compensation including but not limit to Appeal,  Adjustment,  Package Validation
• Preparation of various business analytic reports for management review on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including but not limited to manpower, productivity, active ratio etc.
• Perform yearly taxation filling and respond to IRD enquiries
• Assist in the recommendation of and preparation of sales commission scheme and process
• Support all kinds of administrative work arrangements
• Participate the system enhancement on Compensation & Finance Package.  
• Provide supports and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) on system enhancements.
• Support ad-hoc matters/ projects assigned by supervisors
• Work closely and support other department on case handling

Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent in Accounting, Statistics or Mathematics 
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Distribution Support in insurance business, preferably in compensation or payroll management,
• Good in analytical, strong self-initiatives, responsible, good problem-solving abilities and able to work under pressure. 
• Strong computer skills in MS Excel, with knowledge in VBA and MS Access is an advantage
• Qualification in FLMI & with Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) preferred 
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
