Responsibilities:

• Develop and promote business through bank channels, while providing support to partner bank branches for existing bancassurance collaborations;

• Drive team performance to achieve business goals and assist in the formulation of various sales plans;

• Conduct market research and channel analysis, including benchmarking aganist peer products;

• Provide comprehensive sales support across different levels and build long-term, effective relationships with key stakeholders winthin banking partners;

• Contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-8 years of relevant experience;

• Previous work experience in local insurance/ banking industry is preferred;

• Strong interest and committment to developing a long-term career in the insurance sector;

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills, with proven ability to work effectively under pressure;

• Possess certain business network resources; good at communicating with local bank customers;

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, with strong execution capability, customer service skills and problem solving skills；

• Highly proficient in MS office applications (Word/Excel/Powerpoint);

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
