Responsibilities

• Assist the team leader to implement business plans and initiatives in accordance to sales KPIs
• Strengthen and maintain good relationship with assigned brokers to drive the new initiatives
• Provide all levels of support to partners to capture the business opportunities
• Work closely with distribution partners to expand the client base
• Coordinate with other teams or departments for daily operations
• Complete ad-hoc matters/ projects assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Qualification of IIQE Paper 1 & 3 is a must
• At least 2 years sales or customer service experience in life insurance (Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Officer)
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good PC skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
