Responsibilities

• Perform business and financial due diligence, help investment manager to draft investment memo investment committee, potential projects range from private fund, real estate, aviation leasing, infrastructure, mezzanine debts and private equity direct investments.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including risk, legal & compliance, asset managers, fund administrators, auditors etc.
• Engage external lawyers, tax advisor, and financial advisors to execute deals.
• Communicate with asset managers and project managers to prepare periodically post investment portfolio report.
• Draft new or update existing investment mandates with financial advisors and asset managers.
• Support daily operations related to Investment Management including Hong Kong and Macau;
• Daily ad-hoc market research for potential investment opportunities or risk events.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or other quantitative fields.
• Minimum 2 years of solid working experiences from asset management, investment consulting or transaction advisory services from financial institution or accounting firm.
• Strong analytical skill and good communication skills;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is required, Cantonese is a plus);
• Legal status to work in Hong Kong with existing working permit, IANG or Sponsor visa.
