Our client is one of the leading life insurance company in Hong Kong. 

Due to the continuously growing of the business, they are urgently hiring (Senior) Customer Service Officer to handle their life insurance hotline. 

Job Duties: 

• Handle life insurance enquiries through inbound hotline from customer or agent
• Handle customer complaint in a timely and professional manner 
• Assist in ad hoc daily administration work in life insurance business 

• Form 5 or above is required
• IIQE 1 3 is preferrable
• Good PC skills in Word, Excel and word processing
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
• Immediate available candidate is highly preferrable
