Our client is a well-known fintech company. Due to business need, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team and participate in Requirement Gathering & Analysis, Process & System Design, Development, Testing, Release Management and Maintenance of automated fare collection (AFC) systems
• Ensure projects are managed in accordance with agreed standards, methods and procedures (e.g., PMP, Agile, SDLC)
• Work closely with project team and customers for the implementation of projects and system enhancements
• Plan, gather and manage the project resources
• Fulfill subsequent system changes and post-launch support duties
• Fulfill system maintenance and support duties to clients
• Create and manage project documents, budgets, critical success factors and key milestones
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies and manage change holistically
• Provide on-site support or requirement gathering workshop at client site in foreign countries occasionally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT industry with focus on information systems design and development with 3 years or above Project Management experience. MP certification is required
• Knowledgeable in object-oriented programming language or functional programming. Core Java programming skill would be an advantage
• Experience in back-office application development
• Experience in Linux environment and RDBMS such as Oracle, Postgres
• Direct client facing experience is preferred
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Organized and focused on planning and preparation, detail oriented and thorough
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English.
