Responsibilities

• Communicate with various stakeholders and users at all level to understand their problems and needs
• Gather requirements and analyzes business needs
• Define project plans for system implementation, analyzing the design of technical systems and business models
• Provide IT advice, solution, and support to end-user and on IT projects
• Prepare requirement specification and interact with technical teams
• Carry out system integration test with developers
• Conduct UAT with operation teams and customers
• Provide training and system support to end users if needed

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 – 5+ years of relevant experience in participation of business application development projects
• Proficient in SQL
• Good communications, presentation and negotiation skills
• LESS experience would be considered as Business Analyst
