Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join the team. In this role, you will handle client inquiries related to eCommerce affair, logistics operations, ensuring clear communication and quick resolution of issues. Your focus will be to support the client’s needs and maintain a smooth and efficient logistics process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address client inquiries related to logistics operations and resolve issues efficiently.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and logistics data.

• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent preferred

• At least 1 years Logistics experience

• Proficiency in Cantonese and English is essential.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Capable to work within multicultural environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
