Our client is one of the fast-expanding hospitality groups in HK with fame in creativity and style. Because of business needs, they are looking for a Group Marketing Manager to join and the lead the marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for the HK market and works closely with the Regional Team for the marketing projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative marketing strategy to reach the target customers
• Further strengthen the brand building for a stylish and young brand
• Market analysis and research on consumers behavior to develop the right approach and strategy
• Collaborate with the regional team, work hand in hand for the marketing campaign
• Menu enhancement to drive brand excitement
• Digital marketing including but not limited to searching engine and social media promotions
• Manage the marketing P/L budget, ensure the marketing spending is cost-effective
• PR management for the brand as well as the top management
• Ad hoc projects arranged by top management

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in marketing or business-related discipline.
• Experience marketing agency O hospitality OR F&B candidates are welcome
• Excellent creativity with sense in Art and Style
• Fluency in English is a must, westerners are welcome to apply (working Visa will be provided for non-citizens)
