Responsibilities: 

Oversee daily operations of western medical clinics as well as supervising a team of clinical staff.

Manage roster of frontline staff, forecast manpower needs and recruit qualify applicants.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and comply with the operations standards.

Provide general administration and clerical support.

Ad hoc projects such as new stores opening.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

Minimum of 3 - 4 years’ experience in store management, experience in healthcare industry would be an asset.

Proactive, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility

Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidate with less work experience will be consider as Assistant Clinic Manager
