Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for pension enrollment (ORSO & MPF) and benefit administration, such as health check, Long Service Award, etc.
• Assist to prepare monthly payroll of Hong Kong and handle EC cases
• Support leave record management and travel record management
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations or listed companies
• Well-versed in HK Labour Ordinance
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Self-motivated, detail-orientated, analytical and good interpersonal skills
