Job Responsibilities:

Assist and support the direct manager in delivering all administrations in an efficient. Complete daily & specific tasks effectively & efficiently.

Team coordination for timely and quality services delivery.

Maintain good communication with the Department of Health.

Occasional outdoor work, whenever necessary.

Perform planned and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

DSE/ F.5 qualification or above

1 years or above working experience in office administration.

Fresh graduates will be considered also.

Good team player, well-organized, able to work independently, responsible, pro-active and attention to detail.

Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.

Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Chinese Word Processing.
