Responsibilities:

• Perform general reception duties e.g. greeting guests, booking meeting rooms, arranging courier, etc.
• Responsible for office general administration duties e.g. assets/inventory management etc.
• Provide a full spectrum of clerical and administrative support for the company
• Answer phone calls from different parties in a prompt and diligent manner
• Assist in documentation management to fulfill the internal and external standards
• Assist to prepare reports that summarize information & data, reviews information to verify accuracy & completeness
• Handle ad-hoc project tasks upon request

• Diploma or above with relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal skills, telephone manners, and communication skills
• Pleasant, mature, presentable, independent, and strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese and English typing
• Fresh grads or candidates with flight attendant or hospitality background are welcome
• Immediate availability is preferred
