Responsibilities: (No Sales Role)

• Handle and deliver excellent customer service with clients’ enquiries on account opening, trading platform and market information with professional manner;

• Perform due diligence and KYC checks on clients and process the account applicaton forms in accordance to policies and procedures;

• Handle processing of clients' updates and changes to their accounts;

• Obtain feedback from customers on the service delivered and recommend improvement plan as appropriate;

• Liaise and coordinate with other departments for projects and make sure the operational flows are smooth and efficient;

• Work closely with front office to obtain and ensure the necessary documents are in place for client on boarding according to regulatory requirements;

• Perform other job-related duties or any other ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

 

• Post-secondary educated, preferably in business or related disciplines;

• Relevant experience in customer service will be an advantage;

• Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin (a must) and Cantonese;

• Attention to details, strong sense of responsibility and good team player

• Customer focused, self-motivated, mature, patient and to be a good team player with strong common sense and able to work under pressure;

• Immediate available is preferred.
