Responsibilities

• Support HRIS transformation project. Plays a key role in the implementation of a full suite HR system, including user requirement, data migration, UAT and user training
• Support system administration and maintenance. Work collaboratively with stakeholders, system users, IT department and vendors to understand needs, drive alignment, recommend solutions, and execute deployment
• Provide technical support on HR digitalization initiatives
• Provide HR analytics and management reports to support business decisions

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, HRIS or related disciplines

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in full-cycle and end-to-end HR system implementation is an advantage
• Solid experience in cloud HR solutions (e.g. Workday / SAP SuccessFactors / Peoplesoft). Experienced in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud is a definite advantage
• Good grasp of data security, database management and data analytics
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
