Responsibilities

• Perform financial and operational audits for business operations of the Group in Hong Kong and the Mainland
• Review the control efficiency and effectiveness of the Group’s departments
• Prepare clear and concise audit documentation, including drafting audit findings and recommendations
• Perform ad hoc audit assignments

 Requirements

• Degree holder with professional qualification in CPA or CIA
• Minimum 2 years of solid professional experience in internal audit department of sizeable company or audit firm, preferably from “Big 4” accounting firms
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage
• Strong business sense/ commercial sense
• Good knowledge in internal controls and risk management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• A good team player, proactive and be able to work independently
• Mainland China and property development experiences are preferable
• Frequent travel to the Mainland is required (40%)
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Officer
