What Will You be Doing

• With your KPIs on GMV and no. of customers, you will be one of the business owners of an assigned product category and drive its success through multi-channels marketing activities
• Closely monitor the market trend and competitor information of the product category and make suggestions on merchandise and marketing campaigns
• Analyse product category and create data driven marketing campaigns
• Decorate the content of in-app display of your product category and other marketing channels, including eDMs, social media, and push notification
• Work closely with in-house stakeholders, including sales team, design team, business intelligence team, IT team, etc. to achieve marketing KPI
• Work with external marketing teams on data-driven joint promotions
• Make use of marketing analytics and automation tools to create personalised marketing campaigns and customer journeys
• Develop and execute ideas for customer acquisition for the assigned category

Who Is Our Right Fit

• Bachelor degree a must, preferably in Marketing and Business Administration field
• 2 years' working experience in marketing or sales related discipline
• Work experience in eCommerce, online business, and start-up an advantage
• Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA360, and Tableau a plus but not a must
• Creative and well-organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to excel in fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, result-oriented team player
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
