Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop effective branding initiatives and go-to-market strategies to differentiate our brand equity; 
2. Plan and execute through-the-line activities to deliver high performance outcomes for various business units under the Group; 
3. Build brand awareness, online presence and drive traffic to our social media platforms; 
4. Prepare press releases and publicity materials for new launches; 
5. Implement CRM campaigns, engagement programs, repurchase and upsell journeys; 
6. Work closely with Operations Team to develop promotional collaterals; 
7. Prepare reports for sales tracking and conduct market research; 
8. Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive and efficient in working with multiple internal / external parties; 
9. Handle ad hoc projects when required 

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma holder or above, preferable in Marketing or Communications related disciplines; 
2. At least 2 years solid experience in similar capacity, preferably with exposure in F&B, Retail industries and/or FMCG industries; 
3. Good communication skills and leadership skills, proficient in English and Chinese. Mandarin is preferable;
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing; 
5. Strong writing and proof-reading skills; 
6. Proactive, attentive, well-organized, responsible, independent and self-motivated
