Job Responsibilities

(1) Handle customer enquiries assigned to you from various channels

• Deliver excellent consulting service and handling consultation appointments to customers

• Follow-up on potential customers and achieve sales conversion

• Maintain good customer relationship and seek for business growth

• Make regular warm calls to assigned customers and explore business opportunities

(2) Provide professional consultations and work with family members to modify behavioral patterns that affect treatment outcomes.

(3) Assist in promoting the popularization of special education and rehabilitation treatment services.

Job Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or above in Child Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation Therapy, or related majors is preferred; work experience in psychological counseling, education, or speech rehabilitation therapy is an advantage.

• Relevant experience in sales or related position will be an advantage.

• Passionate about the special education industry.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Responsible, pleasant, mature and independent

• Aggressive, hardworking and self-motivated 

• Good team player to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese

• Proficient in PC applications (e.g.: Chinese word processing, MS Office)

Postpartum and women wellness specialist clinic in Tsim Sha Tsui (3,000 Sq.ft)

Our postpartum specialist clinic and women wellness center is the first holistic one-stop postpartum caring medical center in Hong Kong. Since commencement, it has striven to provide all-round postpartum caring and specialist services including lactation consultation, postpartum retrieval treatment, chiropractor service, plastic Surgery, urologist service and psychologist service to maternal with the aim of delivering effective and practical healthcare solution for women psychology and physical well-being.
