Responsibilities:
 

• Implement field coaching for front-line staff
• Design, develop & deliver training programs (e.g. Service, Food Safety, Quality, Supervisory Skill)
• Conduct training needs analysis to align with business development
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training activities & the learning progress
• Support E-learning Platform (prepare Training Video, Filming and Editing)
• Support ad hoc projects & motivational events

Requirements:
 

• Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Hotel & Catering related disciplines
• Minimum 1-year solid training experience in service industry
• Independent, well organized & with good interpersonal skills
• Good command spoken & written English & Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese word processing
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
