Role Purpose:

Working in a dynamic team to support efficient operation of fleet team. You will play a key role in monitoring fleet team performance, supporting continuous improvement across our logistics functions.

A typical day in this Role:

• Monitor day-to-day delivery operations and manage route planning and manpower resources to ensure the delivery in a professional manner and effective way

• Review and adjust delivery route operation by using TMS

• Keep track on transportation performance and ensure the service level can meet Company's targets

• Handle delivery complaints and be the key contact person to communicate with Customer Services Team

• Conduct Daily truck inspection and ensure facilities meets company standard

• Facilitate monthly review and necessary analysis

• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by supervisor

Success will depend on:

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistic or any related disciplines

• Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in delivery and fleet management functions preferably

• Holder of valid HK driving license class 1 & 2

• Competency in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Willingness to work shifts is required
