RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a brand ambassador of Furla, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the brand and products
• Provide excellent customer experience and build strong customer relationships
• Maximize sales by achieving store and individual sales target
• Responsible for daily store operations including sales transactions, stock management and store transfer requests, display of products and ensure that store is clean and tidy in all aspects
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Form 5 or above and minimum 1 year experience in Retail / Service industry
• Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
• Good team player with positive and proactive attitude; willing to learn and eager to take up new challenge
• Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Good command of spoken and written in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Sales Associate
