RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales
 

• Lead the store team to achieve Brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, service, KPIs, clienteling and VM standard
   
• Hold an analytical mind with good understanding of the business and effectively communicate needs and ideas to bring the business to next level.
• Able to come up with different strategies in different circumstances
• Able to build positive & long-term relationship with customer, build client base and retain loyal customers

Operations
 

• Manage and oversee the daily store operation
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
• Accurate stock management and minimize stock loss
• Possess a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and consistently follow and enforce company guidelines on operations.

People Management
 

• Motivate the front line staff to maintain the team’s stability, morale and customer service standard
• Proactively provide compliment or coaching to sales associates on their successes and challenges and ensure proper follow-through on follow up actions.
• Fair and efficient roster arrangement, evaluate the manpower planning and headcount allocation
• Develop and retain talented employees, by recognising and rewarding performance through regular development plans and performance reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS
 

• At least 10 years experience in retail operations in which at least 3-4 years experience in retail store management, preferably in leather goods/ accessories field
• Strong leadership and store operational skills
• Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to increase sales and profitability
• Good analytical skills and strong business awareness
• High level of customer service skills and standard
• Strong clientele background
• Passionate about Furla/ Leathergoods/ Service
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
