Responsibilities:

• Participate in the project of protential Brand or product development.
• Prepare adequate business data analysis to help understanding of the brand performance and discuss action plans with line manager.
• Identify relevant market and consumer insights and turns those insights into opportunities to satisfy customer needs.
• Manage quotations, documents and price / trading terms negotation.
• Assist in new product setup and collect relevant regulation certificates for Quality approval.
• Handle product photos shooting and follow the labelling design with different partiesto do QA approval.
• Support line managers on daily operations, preparation and implementation of projects and reports.
• Liaise with different departments on new and existing products activities and monitor orders closely.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in sourcing of FMCG products, preferably health supplement or skin care.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills will be an asset.
• Well organized, enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with empathy.
• Able to work multi-tasks under pressure and deliver on schedule.
• Good at Excel, Power Point.  Knowledge in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator etc. is a plus.
• Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sourcing Assistant.
• Immediately available is an advantage.
